About the Workshop
Change management process is the series of activities that change makers or agents of change should follow. Doing change in any organization or filed is not an easy process, but agents of change may face so many difficulties and hardness from both stakeholders and administration. Despite the fact that change is a risky process and challenging, but the quality of the successful people is to change. To be successful in the process, understanding these challenges and opportunities could be a golden gift which helps people to take risks and target their strategic goals both in personal and work life.
