Exploring the Value and Role of Law in Society: Insights from the Baha Program hosted by Law Teacher M. Hamad Karim on Kurdistan Radio 24
بەرنامەی بەها بە میوانداری م. حەمەد کەریم - مامۆستای زانکۆی نۆلج بەڕێوەچوو.
مامۆستا حەمەد کەریم مامۆستای بەشی یاسا لە زانکۆی نۆلج لەلایەن ڕادیۆی کوردستان 24 و بەرنامەی بەهاوە میوانداری کرا.
لە میانەی بەرنامەکەدا گەنگەشە و گفتوگۆ لەسەر ئەم تەوەرانەی خوارەوە کرا.
1- بەها و ڕۆڵی یاسا لە پێشخستن و ڕێکخستنی کۆمەڵگە
2-ئامرازەکانی سەروەر بوونی یاسا
تەوەری یەکەمی بەرنامەکە بریتی بوو لە
"بەها و ڕۆڵی یاسا لە پێشخستن و ڕێکخستنی کۆمەڵگە" و تێیدا ئەم پرسانە گەنگەشە کران
١- یاسا هەموو بوار و کایەکانی ژیان ڕێک دەخات لە کۆمەڵگە (سیاسی و ئابووری و کۆمەڵایەتی ئایینی و ڕۆشنبیری و تەندروستی و پەروەردە و ئاسایش و ئارامی و خزمەتگوزاری و ژینگە و مافەکانی مرۆڤ و ئازادییەکان و ڕاگەیاندن …).
٢- گێڕانەوەی بەها و ڕۆڵ بۆ دام و دەزگاکان و بۆ چالاک بوون و ئەنجامدانی ئەرکەکانیان.
٣- جێگیربوونی سیاسی و ئابووری و کۆمەڵایەتی و تەندروستی و هاتنە کایەی ئارامی دەروونی و دڵنیایی بۆ تاکەکانی کۆمەڵگە.
٤-بەهێزکردنی کۆڵەگە و پایەکانی کۆمەڵگا، بە جۆرێک وا دەکات کە هەموو شتێک لە شوێنی خۆی بێت و توانا و وزەی تاکەکانی کۆمەڵگا بە ئاراستەی دروست و هێنانەی بەرژەوەندییە باڵاکان ئاراستە دەکات.
دواتریش لە بەشی دووەمی پرۆگرامەکە
"ئامرازەکانی سەروەر بوونی یاسا" تاو توێ کرا وەک:
١- بژاردەی سەپاندنی یاسا لە ڕێگای هێز (تا ئاستێکی ئاسایی)
٢- ئاست و ناوەڕۆکی یاساکان (کە سەردەمیانە و لۆژیکی بن و ڕەنگدانەوەی واقیعی کۆمەڵگا و گەشە و پێشکەوتنەکانی بێت چارەسەری و ڕێکخستن بخاتە ڕوو بە جۆرێک کە وەڵام دەرەوەی کێشەکانی کۆمەڵگە بێت.
٣- هەستانی دەسەڵاتە گشتییەکان و دام و دەزگاکان (دەسەڵات و دەوڵەت) بە ڕۆڵی خۆیان وەک ئەوەی یاسا بۆی دیاری کردوون، وە هێنانە دی ئەو ئامانجانەی کە لە پێناوی دامەزراون.
٤- بڵاو کردنەوەی هۆشیاری یاسایی و ئاشنا بوونی تاکەکان بە یاساکان و ئەرک و مافەکانیان (لە ڕێگای پەروەردە و ڕاگەیاندن و ناوەندەکانی هۆشیاری و فێرکردن.
٥- دابین کردنی مافە سەرەتایییەکانی مرۆڤ لە کۆمەڵگا و پاراستنی بەها و ڕێزیان.
٦- ئەنجامدانی شۆڕشێکی ڕۆشنبیری و کولتووری بۆ هۆشیارکردنەوە و ڕاستکردنەوەی تێگەیشتن لە مانای دروستی چەمکەکان (سیاسی و ئایینی و کۆمەڵایەتییەکان)
The Baha program was hosted by M. Hamad Karim, a lecturer in the Department of Law at Knowledge University. It was broadcast on Kurdistan Radio 24
The first segment of the program focused on the theme of "The value and role of law in the development and organization of society." The following points were discussed:
The law impacts all aspects of society, including politics, economics, social matters, religion, culture, health, education, security, peace, services, environment, human rights, freedoms, and the media.
The goal is to restore the importance and functions of institutions, so they can carry out their responsibilities.
The aim is to establish political, economic, social, and health stability, leading to a peaceful and secure environment for individuals in society.
The objective is to strengthen the foundations of society, directing individuals towards positive outcomes and higher goals.
In the second part of the program, the topic of "Instruments of the rule of law" was explored. The following points were discussed:
The use of force, within reasonable limits, to enforce the law.
The laws should be modern, logical, reflective of society and its progress, and provide solutions to society's problems.
Public authorities and institutions should fulfill their roles as determined by law and meet their objectives.
Legal awareness should be promoted among individuals, through education, media, and training centers, to educate them on laws, duties, and rights.
Basic human rights in society should be protected and their values upheld
A cultural revolution is necessary to raise awareness and correct misunderstandings of key concepts such as politics, religion, and social matters.
