He completed primary and secondary studies in the city of Erbil - Bensalawah district, and was the first in his school in the literary section for the academic year 1997-1998.
In 1998 he was admitted to the College of Law and Politics - Department of Law, and graduated from it in 2002-2003 and was second in the college with a very good, high grade.
He was accepted into postgraduate studies - master's degree in the Faculty of Law and Politics - Department of Private Law in 2005, and completed it with distinction with a very good grade. His thesis was entitled: Liquidation of Companies in the Amended Iraqi Companies Law - A Comparative Study.
He was accepted into postgraduate studies - a doctorate in the College of Law and Politics - Department of Private Law in 2011, and completed it with distinction with a very good grade, and his dissertation was entitled: The Legal System of Private Security Companies in Iraqi Law - A Comparative Study.
