Mustafa Zuhaer Nayef Al-Dabagh holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP). He also earned his Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Computer Technology Engineering and Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Computer Engineering Technology from Northern Technical University, where he specialized in feature fusion techniques for face recognition and advanced local feature extraction methods.

His research interests focus on image processing, computer vision, and artificial intelligence, employing both theoretical foundations and practical applications. Dr. Al-Dabagh is committed to advancing research and education in computer science and engineering, contributing innovative solutions to contemporary challenges in the field.
