First International Conference on Administrative and Legal Sciences and Prospects for Renewal and Innovation
<p>Under the auspices of <a href="https://gov.krd/english/government/the-cabinet/aram-mohammad-qadir/" target="_blank">Dr. Aram Mohammad Qadir</a>, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the Kurdistan Regional Government and chairman of the Board of Trustees and <a href="https://knu.edu.iq/president_word.php" target="_blank">presidency of Knowledge University</a>, on Saturday, May 7, 2022, departments of the <a href="https://knu.edu.iq/college.php?collegeId=5" target="_blank">College of Administrative and Financial Sciences</a>, in cooperation with the departments of law and international relations at <a href="https://knu.edu.iq/index.php" target="_blank">KNU</a>, held the first international conference entitled: First International Conference On Administrative And Legal Sciences And Prospects For Renewal And Innovation.</p><p><br>The international conference was chaired by <a href="https://knu.edu.iq/president_word.php" target="_blank">Asst.Prof.Dr.Kayhan Zrar Ghafoor</a>, the president of <a href="https://knu.edu.iq/index.php" target="_blank">Knowledge University,</a> supervised by <a href="https://knu.edu.iq/staff.php?stid=89" target="_blank">Prof.Dr. Raad Adham Abdul Hamid</a>, dean of the <a href="https://knu.edu.iq/college.php?collegeId=3" target="_blank">College of Law</a> and <a href="https://knu.edu.iq/staff.php?stid=63" target="_blank">Asst.Prof.Dr. Khalid Abdul Hamid Abdul-Majid</a>, a lecturer at the <a href="https://knu.edu.iq/college.php?collegeId=5" target="_blank">College of Administrative and Financial Sciences</a>, that will continue for two days.</p><p>The conference began with a minute of standing for the pure souls of the martyrs, and then <a href="https://knu.edu.iq/president_word.php" target="_blank">Asst.Prof.Dr. Kayhan Zrar Ghafoor,</a> the president of <a href="https://knu.edu.iq/index.php" target="_blank">KNU</a>, gave the conference's opening speech to the audience, and after that, <a href="https://www.facebook.com/omed.xoshnaw.official" target="_blank">Mr. Omed Khoshnaw,</a> the governor of Erbil, gave his speech.</p><p><br>It is worth mentioning that <a href="https://www.parliament.krd/english/members-and-parties/mps-of-fifth-term/mps-in-presidency/dr-hemin-hawrami-deputy-speaker/" target="_blank">Dr. Hemin Hawrami,</a> deputy speaker of Kurdistan Parliament, Mr. Ahmad Kani, the head of the second branch of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, and <a href="https://gov.krd/english/government/the-cabinet/alan-hama-saeed-salih/" target="_blank">Dr. Alan Hama-Saeed</a>, the minister of education in the Kurdistan Regional Government, <a href="https://hmu.edu.krd/divisions/president-s-office" target="_blank">Prof.Dr. Nuradin Ismail</a>, the President of <a href="https://hmu.edu.krd/" target="_blank">Hawler Medical University</a>, with some other personalities, and all the lecturers, researchers, and experts in the administrative and legal sciences field attended the conference.</p><p> </p><p>Speakers:</p><p><a href="https://sites.google.com/view/icalsri/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B5%D9%81%D8%AD%D8%A9-%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B1%D8%A6%D9%8A%D8%B3%D9%8A%D8%A9/%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%AA%D8%AD%D8%AF%D8%AB%D9%8A%D9%86?authuser=0#h.vxl6v27262w3" target="_blank">Dr. ARAS QADER KHOSHNAW</a> <strong>- </strong><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0);">President of KISSC( Kurdistan Information & Strategic Studies Center) </span></p><p><a href="https://sites.google.com/view/icalsri/%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B5%D9%81%D8%AD%D8%A9-%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B1%D8%A6%D9%8A%D8%B3%D9%8A%D8%A9/%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%85%D8%AA%D8%AD%D8%AF%D8%AB%D9%8A%D9%86?authuser=0#h.72beqivhyqs0" target="_blank">Rzgar Mohammed Amin</a> -
