Former Deputy President of Erbil Court of Appeal Visits Knowledge University for Educational Seminar
ئەمڕۆ چوارشەممە ڕێکەوتی 11/1/2023 حاکم گەیلانی سەید ئەحمەد جێگری پێشووی سەرۆکی دادگای تێهەڵچوونەوەی هەولێر سەردانی "زانکۆی نۆلج" ی کرد و لەلایەن بەڕێز دەشتی حاجی نجم الدین سەرۆکی دەستەی ئەمینداران و پ. ی. د. کیهان زرار غفور سەرۆکی "زانکۆی نۆلج" پێشوازی لێ کرا و لە دیدارێکدا کە لە دیوانی دەستەی ئەمینداران بەڕێوەچوو پرسەکانی خوێندنی باڵا و توێژینەوەی زانستی تاوتوێ کرا و حاکم گەیلانی سەرسامی خۆی بە پێشکەوتن و سەرکەوتنەکانی زانکۆی نۆڵج نیشاندا و دواتریش بە هاوکاری د. ئەنوەر عومەر قادر سەرۆکی بەشی یاسا لە زانکۆی نۆلج سیمینارێکیان پێشکەش کرد بە ناونیشانی "ئازادی دادوەری تاوانکاری لە پێکهێنانی باوەڕی لە میانەی بەڵگە کۆکراوەکان لە داخوازی سزایی" بۆ قوتابییانی بەشی یاسا.
شایەنی باسە حاکم گەیلانی سەید ئەحمەد خاوەنی ئەزموونی 22 ساڵە وەک دادوەر و 21 پەرتووکی جۆراوجۆری لە بوارە یاسایییەکان نوسیووە.

On Wednesday, January 11, 2023, Judge Gaylani Sayed Ahmed, a respected former Deputy President of the Erbil Court of Appeal, visited Knowledge University and was warmly welcomed by Mr. Dashti Najmadin, the Head of the Board of Trustees, and Dr. Kayhan Zrar, the President of Knowledge University. During a meeting held at the office of the Board of Trustees, both parties discussed various topics related to higher education and scientific research.
To further supplement the learning experience of the university's law students, Judge Gaylani was invited to give a seminar titled "The Freedom of the Criminal Judge to Form Their Conviction Through the Evidence Collected in Criminal Cases." The seminar was organized in coordination with Dr. Anwar Omar Qadir, Head of the Department of Law at Knowledge University.
As a seasoned judge with 22 years of experience under his belt, Judge Gaylani is a notable figure in the legal field. With 21 books to his name, he brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to the university community. The law students were thrilled to have the opportunity to learn from someone of Judge Gaylani's caliber and were eager to hear his perspective on the topic.
